Wedding transportation is one of the easiest things to underbook. Here's a checklist we've refined over hundreds of Montreal weddings.
Book 8 to 12 weeks ahead
Summer Saturdays sell out first. If your date is between June and September, lock in vehicles at least two months in advance.
Count seats honestly
A stretch limo seats 8 to 10 in formal wear comfortably — not 12. For the bridal party plus parents, plan two vehicles.
Time the legs, not just the day
Build in 30-minute buffers between getting-ready location, ceremony, photo stops and reception. Photo tours of Old Montreal alone routinely run 90 minutes.
Tell us about the dress
An SUV with a tall door is dramatically easier for a structured gown than a sedan. Mention the dress at booking and we'll match the vehicle.
Confirm the ribbon and red carpet
Decorative ribbons, a red carpet at arrival and a tuxedoed chauffeur are included in our wedding packages — confirm them on your contract so nothing is left to interpretation on the day.
