When you submit a booking, contact form or phone request, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, trip date and time, flight details where relevant, and any special requests.
How we use it
We use your information only to confirm and operate your trip, dispatch your chauffeur, send confirmation messages by email or SMS, process payment, and follow up about your booking. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Service providers we share with
We share the minimum information needed with trusted service providers that help us run the business: our payment processor, our email delivery provider (Resend), our SMS provider (Twilio), our mapping provider (Google Maps), and our hosting and database provider. Each is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Retention
We retain booking records as long as required for accounting, tax and customer-service purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
