These terms govern the chauffeured transportation services provided by Travel Limo Montreal. By submitting a booking you agree to them.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation by email or SMS. Verbal quotes and form submissions are requests until confirmed.
Pricing
Quoted rates include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls and standard wait time. Extras such as additional stops beyond the booked itinerary, additional wait time, cleaning fees, or after-hours surcharges may apply and will be disclosed before being added.
Wait time
Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. All other pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time, after which standard hourly rates apply.
Cancellation
Point-to-point trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Hourly bookings, weddings, events and long-distance trips require 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full booked rate.
Conduct and damage
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Passengers are responsible for damage caused to the vehicle during their trip, including cleaning fees for spills and sickness (minimum $250). Illegal activity will result in termination of the trip with no refund.
Liability
We carry the commercial passenger insurance required by Quebec regulators. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip and we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle; lost-and-found items are held for 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the District of Montreal.
