What areas do you serve?
We operate across Greater Montreal, the South Shore, the North Shore, Laval, the West Island, Quebec City, Mont Tremblant and surrounding regions within roughly 200 km. Long-distance trips to Niagara Falls, Ottawa and upstate New York are available on request.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. For weddings, proms and large events we suggest 2 to 4 weeks. Last-minute and same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability — call (514) 589-4150.
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Weddings, events and long-distance trips have specific cancellation terms confirmed at booking.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time, adjust the pickup automatically for early or late arrivals, and provide complimentary wait time of 30 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for international arrivals.
Are tips and tolls included?
Tolls, fuel and standard wait time are included in the quoted rate. Gratuity is at your discretion — most clients tip 15 to 20% of the fare.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and corporate accounts with consolidated monthly billing. Payment is processed after the trip unless otherwise arranged.
Are your vehicles insured and licensed?
Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet is fully insured, licensed for paid passenger transport and inspected on the schedule required by Quebec regulators. Our chauffeurs carry the appropriate Class 4C permit.
Can I make multiple stops?
Absolutely. Hourly bookings (3-hour minimum) include unlimited stops within your service window. Point-to-point trips can include additional stops for a small per-stop fee.
Do you accommodate child seats?
Yes — please specify at booking whether you need infant, toddler or booster seats and how many. There is no extra charge.
Can I book a vehicle for multiple days?
Yes. Multi-day chauffeur bookings are common for visiting executives, wedding weekends and Quebec City / Tremblant trips. Contact us for a tailored quote.
